i bought a license for version 9 about 6 weeks ago.  the software started to crap out so uninstalled and went to jriver to download another copy.   version 9 was no longer on the jriver website so i downloaded version 10.  put in my registarion code to activate it and i keep getting an error message.

please don't say that i can't use my registration code for version 9 with version 10  (your faq talk about using 9 code on version 8 but nothing about using 9 code on version 10 - intentianl overlook?)....  if that is the case please give me the link to redownload my paid for version 9 software (that died on me).

i have lost alot of my album covers when i uninstalled version 9. ...

does version 10 work with my version 9 liscence.  It is only 6 weeks old so i hope i can get the nver veersion without having to pay yet again.
