Title: version 10

i had problems with version 9 and have moved to version 10.
version 9 worked fine but then it started to crackle when i played mp3 and sorta sounded like it was trying to "push" the sound to my stereo.  it sounded heavy on the bass like it did not have enough "energy" to get though the higher sounds.  sometimes the software would just crash, sometimes freezing the whole screen.  i have moved to version 10 and am having the same issues.  i am not aware of any reason for this to happen in terms of my system (all working fine).
