Title: Solution for currently playing track !!!

I think Media Center makes many improvements.
The bold text is good, but i want to be optional.
Other solution is to introduce more colors.

I propose 2 color:
- green for Current Playing Track
- violet for rest track select with mouse

I put below a picture for example:

This colors is a example, any color is good. This is to view imediatly what files running.

What do you think ?

I still think the background is a great plan.  A different color would be okay too, but background might be better.

Also, can we have some easy way (option maybe) to force 'playing now' to show the playing now track easily.  By this I am referring to the problem of finding the song in a large playlist (too much scrolling).  Can it auto show on track change, or have a hotkey to show it in the middle of the list window?
