Title: Theater View -- custom view schemes?
Post by: FlyingCowOfDoom on April 29, 2004, 03:18:37 pm
Ok, so I don't use any of the default view schemes (Audio, Video, Pictures, etc.).  I created my own (Music, Movies, Music Videos, TV Shows).  But if I go to the Theater View options, it only has checkboxes for the default view schemes and playlists, drives, and tv.  How am I supposed to view my schemes in Theater View?

Sorry, but you'll need to use "Audio", "Video" and "Images" as your main scheme groups for Theater View and Media Modes.

Newer builds of MC 10 are a little better about enforcing this.

What do you mean by this?

Newer builds won't let you rename or drag the stock groups around.

In your case, just create view scheme groups with those names.  You can then put your custom groups under those.

You can also create other root level groups, but they won't show in Theater View.

Ok, thank you.  Any chance of support for custom schemes on Theater View in the future?
