Title: Error When starting MP10

when i open mp 10 the following error occurs
"Interface Plug-in "Web Remote" Could not be found or created"

just upgraded mp8 and did purchase it as well as purchase mp10
first error ever
is this a known one
how can i address it?

Are you refering to windows media player 10? or Media Center 10?

I should have mentioned that it was media center from jriver that i am having an issue with . but by your response i can tell neither of you have seen this before because the error is pretty specific.

Its MC10...

the error means that MC thinks there's a plugin but it cant find it...is 'web remote' a plugin you used to use?
