Title: Inactive Blend

Anyone know how to do that kind of stuff with normal images? Same thing MC does with it's toolbars.

I don't know photoshop that well yet and kinda stumped.

I believe that what MC does is simply desaturate the icons on the toolbar. To do the same thing in photoshop, simply press: CTRL + U and put the saturation at -100. That's it.
