Thouht this would be a nice feature to have, if it has not been already implemented. It basically checks that all the files that have been written to the CD-R/CD-RW/DVD etc are actually accessible. Nero 6 has this feature.
I find it particularly useful when burning cd-rws, if any tracks are inacessible due to heavy usage, i know immediately which wont be playable in my cd-player...as well as to dispose off the cd-rw.
It could be included as an option, to turn off or on, one would expect when burning write-once media its not really reqd and to cut down on time.
Still would be useful to those that dont have BURN-Proof burners.

I put it on the list.

I think Nero only offers data verification for data CD's. I think that's all you need it for - not sure how useful it would be for audio Cd's.

Any type of CD can get hosed during burning. And audio CDs are just binary files laid to disc, the same idea as a data CD (though with different structures, of course). Or maybe I'm on crack once again.
