Was watching This Old House today on MC TV & suddenly the screen turned to black & white, was scrambled, & only updated the screen every 4 or 5 seconds.
To make a long story short the Video Capture suddenly changed from NTSC_M to one of the PAL settings. This used to happen intermittingly in the past but has not happened for the past several months now.
It seems to happen all by itself with no user intervention or keyboard action. I don't know if some other software is causing the problem or not but can not come up with any better answer.
It does not seem to be reproducible.
Any ideas ?
