I keep ALL my music analyzed to be played with Replay Gain turned on.
But if I get something new and forget to do the Audio Analysis, and play it..... wow, it blasts me out of the room.
How does everyone else handle this? Do you just have better memories?
And how do you play a real CD from the CD?

You could configure View Scheme groups or specific View Schemes (and/or playlists) to exclude tracks that haven't been analyzed.

I generally don't forget to do this. However, I like the way Foobar handles the situation. It has a seperate volume control in the preferences that applies to non-replay gain files. So, you can set it to say -10dB and that setting will not affect your analyzed files, just the ones you forgot or hadn't gotten around to yet. It's not perfect, but it helps.
