Title: Access control quick toggle

Is there a faster way to tun access control on/off instead of using the menu? I envision a button that prompts for the password and if successful, turns it on/off. It would also be nice to have the option of automatically setting the access control on when MC starts, in case I  forget to turn it back on before I close it down.

 Any ideas?

Sorry -- the menu is the only way currently.

Perhaps we can add some more functionality to this area with v11.
