Title: Purchase failure

I just purchased version 8 via credit card. Using XP Pro. When I try to install, I get messages similar to "Windows cannot find name. Make sure you spelled it correctly and then ...." What name? What gives?

Install MJ or install the license?  Installing the license is automatic when you purchase.  There's a lot of detail on this under Jukebox/Purchase above.

If you're installing MJ, what is the filename?

If you can run MJ, please copy your system info from MJ Help and paste it here.
