Title: How to best upgrade builds? (want to upgrade from 10.091 to current)

I purchased a 10 license and now I want to upgrade to the latest 10 build.  

I have three computers: Two connected by a wired Lan and one wireless Tablet PC.  The two desktop PCs that are wired have MC 10.091... I don't have a lot invested in terms of playlists or anything, I think I only made a couple at this time.  Eventually I'll make a bunch of playlists.  What is the best way to upgrade builds?  Do you just intall the new build right on top of the other? What is the best way to back-up?  If I only back-up the APE files and don't back-up 'MC', what do I lose?  

Also, I noticed there may be some bugs with the latest 10.137 version.  What is the latest stable version?

Just download and install.

The latest stable build is always on the downloads page.

Back up your library first then install over the top.
