Title: IPAQ 3800 Problems

When I copy mucic to my IPAQ I want the songs to be converted from 192kbps to 128kbps.  I changed the settings in options but it does not do the conversion.  What could be wrong.  Also, file transfer to the IPAQ is way too slow.  Why? :(

What version of MJ are you running? Also what Operating System?

We only have an IPAQ PA-1 here to test. Is the 3800 similar to the 3800?
