I have downloaded your latest build 10.0.137 and it still crashes when closing.
This is my error: "Media Jukebox.e.exe has generated errors and will
be closed by Windows You will need to restart the
program.
An error log is being created. "
Where does it store the error at?

Disable any visualizations and 3rd party plugins.
Let us know if it still happens.

When you post about an existing problem, it helps if you post in the same thread. Here's your old one:

Thanks for your quick reply. Sorry, I could'nt find the old thread. I thought adaware helped but It did not help. Really.

You can always find your old posts by visiting your profile (a button above or click on your name).
You've got something "special" going on with your PC. I don't know what the solution is. I would start uninstalling software if it were my PC. Then reboot.

Uninstall Software HMM I dont know about that. Do you guys know where an error log is stored in Windows 2000 maybe that can help you.

Matthew - If you want help from JRiver you could help yourself by answering Matt's question first:
Disable any visualizations and 3rd party plugins.
Let us know if it still happens.

I don't use 3rd party plugins. I do use visualizations It crashes even when visualizations are off when closing Media Center. Any other help?

very funny ;D

Try to isolate what action causes the close on exit. (ex. play a video, play a song, browse Media Library, etc.)
Also, since you mentioned having spyware problems, you may want to check for updates and viruses.
-
Norton AntiVirus is uptodate and so is Adaware.
Any other ideas?

MC writes to the library database when closing. Maybe it's something to do with that. Where is your library stored? On a network drive? If it is try moving it to the local C drive to see if it isolates the problem to this.
