Title: Printing my library list
Post by: skylarplane on May 19, 2004, 12:11:24 pm
When I want to print my library list, the option only give me the ability to print the entire file.  The option for Page Range is faded out so if I want to just print one page or pages 1 -3 I can't.  How can I do this.

Thanks, Skylar ?

You cant using the print menu. You can put the library items you want to print into a playlist, and export that playlist to HTML or delimited formats. Then open the exported file and print that.

Didn't Matt already address this in your other thread?

But the solution given is way too difficult to go through just to print a selected area, why can't the Print Range be turned on and be able to print the pages you want.  Is this a difficult task to do.

Thanks guys,

Skylar

Yes, Yes, Yes...

Printing should be a whole lot easier.  I can't even find the print command :P

Print is in the File menu -- similar to any other program that prints.  Print is also one of the main icons in the Action Window if you don't stay locked in "Audio" mode. (which can't happen by default -- for a reason)

Thanks Matt;

I was looking under Tools.

Is pretty easy now that I know how.

OK OK, I finally figured it out as it saves it has HTML then and can convert it over as an Excel format but again, this seems like going around the corner to get across the street.  One should be able to print this format automatically.

Thanks to all for your help.

Skylar ;D

You can copy and paste from MC to Excel.
