I have a work PC and a home PC. My understanding is one MC license is enough to put the software on each machine (only one is in use at a time).
I installed MC 10 on my home PC last night but screwed it up not realizing I should have used the file attached to the e-mail when I upgraded last week. Instead, I used an Internet restore thinking the system would register my home PC and not use a restore because I was still in the two week window.
Two questions: How many Internet Restores do we get?
Can I get the one I used last night reset if we don't get more than say 5?
Thanks!

Ten in any 12 month period. It is not usually a problem. You can also use MC for a 30 day trial before you need to restore.
You're correct that you could have used the Install Key that came with the e-mail if it was less than two weeks old.

Jim,
10 is more than enough. Don't sweat a reset.
Thanks for the fast response!
