Title: WOT* It's all your fault
Post by: AsparaGus on May 22, 2004, 02:55:48 am
The last three times I started to use the Media Center, there were major thunderstorms and the power went out locally for 20,000+ households. Coincidence? Or is the new program just too powerful?

Thought you guys deserved a chuckle.

*Way Off Topic

Don't you find it suspicious that MC 10's default skin is named "Thunderstorm"?

Okay, so what's the trick?  I need some rain, but the Thunderstorm skin isn't working for me!  Bug perhaps?

What OS?

Maybe update your sound card driver.  Also, try Windows Update.

Are you saying that Windows Update is somehow tapped into the National Weather Center?  No wonder the weather is so messed up here.  Is there a way to force a reset?

Hi,

No problem here, MC's working well on my PC configuration !

But I had to update the display drivers and the power management API from my local power supply provider.

Are you JimH in disguise?

You forgot to mention 'disable all third party plug ins'. ;)
