Title: Sorting by Artist

Is there a way to make the sorting done on the "Artist" column/tag do the sort by last name rather than by whatever the fiirst letter in the tag is? In other words, right now if the "Artist" tag is Peter Gabriel then it gets filed under "P". I want to file it under "G". Is there any way to make it do that other than changing the tag to just "Gabriel"?

No.  You would need to make the artist "Gabriel, Peter".
