Title: I can not use my media centre

Dear sirs,
I have payed on feb 12 for the media centre by credit card.
Now I want to use the media centre , I get the message it is not available anymore I have to pay for it once again...??
How is that possible? ?
Can you tell me what to do?

Did you actually install your license? It may be that you paid but the license failed to install for some reason. You would then have been running your 30 day evaluation without knowing. Try going here:
https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi
and entering your registration code. The code should have been emailed to you when you paid. If you can't find it, there's a link on that page to email it to you again.
