Title: Restore page not working?

I can't seem to get to the restore page, says it cannot be found, is it down?

ok, I can't see it, but other people can, I have tried it in Firefox and IE and other computers on the same internet connection.

The website loads fine. Monkeyboy, you may have internet explorer configured incorrectly.

You may have something "Special". or, your ISP does not support secured websites.

if this site does not load then it means that your ISP does not support purchasing online.

it loads just fine Matthew, everything does, must be an ISP thing.
