There's a little button under "Add YABBC tags" that has a picture frame in it. Then just stick the URL between the tags

Howabout an Image from the harddrive? 'cause, I wanna insert an Image from the My Pictures folder. How do I upload it somehow?

You will need a wev server... A lot of ISP's give you a free web space (Locker)
If your's doesn't, do a search for Free web hosting.

Just be sure the site allows web hosting...
