Title: Invalid Key

My friend has downloaded and paid for MediaCenter10 twice in the last week.  When he tries to enter the registration code, he always gets an "Invalid Key" error message.  What are we doing wrong?

When you say "enter the registration code", I'm not sure what you mean.  The process should not require any "entry" in the program.  It should be automatic.

I am confused why he would pay for it twice in the last week.
