Yesterday I purchased Media Center for 14.98, as I had already purchased MJ Plus. When I attempt to restore license using the file provided it says that the license file is not valid for MC 10. It appears that the new license is the same as the old license for MJ. What can be done to solve this problem. I don't want to have to buy it again!
Thanks!

HI Nemea,
You did a restore of MJ8 at 11am yesterday, then a purchase of MC10 at 3pm
yesterday. I'm guessing somehow you've confused the two files you got.
The easiest thing to do is to visit the restore page and enter your MC10 code to
restore the MC10 license. See the FAQ in the thread at the beginning of the
forum.

For some reason I don't have the MC 10 code. I never got an email.

I used Netscape Nav to purchase MC 10, and after I clicked the purchase button, I got the following:
JRiver, Inc. Media Center 10
--begin-product-info--
Vendor:JRiver, Inc.
Product:Media Center
Version:10
--end-product-info--
--begin-license--
...etc. many lines of type.
There was no registration code per se, and no link.
My mistake I guess was not using IE for this transaction. How do I get the registration code now?

I have attepted to have the registration code sent to my email address, but have not received it. I can't remember which of my email addresses I used, but I tried both and got the reg code for MJ 8 from one.

You used different email addresses for the two, the evoe one is for MC10.
Use Internet Explorer.
