Title: Handheld synch problem

I am trying to move music from my computer to my handheld, Dell DJ.  I hae downloaqded the appropriate plug-in.  When I try to do this, I get the message that the "the server is busy".  What does this mean and how do I get this to work?

Norman,

'The server is busy' is a Windows message which I can suppress. Can you go to Tools->Options->Devices and let me know if you have 'Enable WMDM Support' checked? If not, can you confirm when specifically you see the message (e.g. after the transfer starts vs when MC is displaying the information for what is on the Dell).
