Will you ever be able to intergrate MC with XM radio. They have a computer version of there tuner and antenna. It would be nice to be able to access the stations through MC. The software that comes with the pc version is a little cheezy.

I'd like to see improvements to MC's web radio capabilities in general. In my opinion, this is the one area of MC that is lacking -- compared to the rest of the program, which is quite polished, the web radio functionality is oddly limited and behind the times.

where?
is there a utility to rip from XM?

You can buy the Computer version of XM through xmradio.com at www.pcconnection.com. It cost $50 and that will come with everything you need. It is pretty cool. I use it at work. You have to be on the outer wall of the building or be able to place the antenna at a south facing window or be able to put the antenna outside. This is the only downfall to xm in general. Even the home version of the delphi you have to be able to do these things.
About the ripping, I am not sure. I would suppose you should be able to. The unit hooks up usb to interface with the computer software, but the sound comes in on the sound in on sound card. That should mean you should be able to just record from the line in in any program. I will try on Monday when I go to work.

But can you rip music from XM radio and save it to an mp3? That may be worth the monthly fee, I think going direct to MP3 would be better and not using the line in.

As a big XM Radio and TiVo fan the announcement that has me most excited is this: http://www.tivo.com/5.3.1.1.asp?article=194. I haven't seen any info on this since TiVo's original announcement, but my guess is that TiVo's recent move to make the Home Media Option features (previously available for an extra charge) avaiable to all subscribers is paving the way for TiVo/XM integration.
As far as getting XM into MC, I first tried using MC's own sound recording functionality which is fine, but there was no way to take advantage of one of XM's best features - showing the title and artist of each track. It was worth it to me to purchase TotalRecorder (http://www.highcriteria.com) for this purpose since it has the ability to parse the display in the XM PCR software to determine title and artist. To round things out, I am now using the free ReplacePCR (http://www.davidbroome.com/page.asp?Page=88) instead of the XM-provided software - it has scheduling features and keeps a complete relational database of everything played on XM. Very cool.
