Title: MC10 : Crash !

Help !
My MC100148 is out !

Error :
Cannot create remote control plug-in 'X10Mouse'  :-[

Error :
Media Jukebox.exe à 017:004712a0  :'( :'(

Please help me !

Reboot and reinstall  do big, BIG, BIG Nothing !

Always, same crash !

(I have done many and many reinstall and reboot before, but withous succes !)

I saw a similar problem here and we think it has to do with some new Microsoft code.

Try deleting the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JRiver\Media Jukebox\Properties\UseWMDMPortableDevices".

Please let us know what happens.

Sorry !

"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JRiver\MediaJukebox\Properties\UseWMDMPortableDevices" do'nt exists on my PC ...

... Or I can'nt find it !!!

Please, specify more...

(Before this crash, I have modified the "Options" ....)

in startmenu choose run and type regedit. It should be there somewhere.

Thanks : via regedit, I have delete "HKEYURRENT_USER\..."

I have rebooted my PC,
I Have resinstall MC100149,

but, MC crashes once more !

=>I can'nt open my dear MC ant I can'nt modify my "options".

What happens ?
What have I do ??

Please help me !

Erase the X10 entry here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JRiver\Media Jukebox\Plugins\RemoteControl

I Have deleted the X10 entry and my MC10 is now OK !
