Hi...
I just bought mediaj8 online, but have not received registration details yet...is this normal to wait so long?

I registered for this forum and got the email with password within a minute which seems normal to me.

you should get it right a way.
check your spam folder, if you have one
sometimes it ends up there.
some providers have been found to think it is spam and filter it before it gets to you also.

Thanks....but do not have a filter on that email as rarely hand it out...it still has not arrived 3 hours later !??!
Also just checked and no money has come off my card...now I am confused is there just a delay (US and UK time zones) or did my purchase go wrong?

Hi Guy,
Your credit card was charged.
You should have seen a web page with your license code after the purchase. (Are you using IE).
The mail should have gone through, though delays do happen.

Yep using IE....but did not see any licence code....the following is what happened....probably user error hey !??! Maybe I entered my email incorrectly...its... guy.barnes@ukonline.co.uk
I first entered my details and card details then clicked 'purchase'...
I then got an error notification and realised that I had not entered an email or password, which I then did, and clicked purchase....
The next screen said that I had already made a purchase 30 seconds previously.
Its now 2100hrs UK time and still no email with license

I just went to the restore page and entered your code. It should have mailed you a copy of your license, let me know if you don't get it. (I'll reset the one restore used).
Sorry for the problem, you shouldn't have gotten the "already purchased" screen above, I'm not sure what happened. I'm wondering if you clicked the "purchase" button twice, thus losing the screen with the license.

Something happened to the purchase page, you weren't the only one who experienced it.
I've fixed it, and you should have your license now. Let me know if you didn't get it.
