Hello,
I purchased Media Center today, but I didn't received anything yet.
Mails to "music @ jriver.com" are rejected with the error massage: "555 sorry, your envelope recipient is in my badrcptto list (#5.7.1)"
What can I do?

thanks for your repley, although it dosn't help me at all.
I don't think there is a problem with my mail, because it worked fine for years now.
But none the less can you at least confirm, that the email address "music @ jriver" is the correct place for my request, so it is worthwhile to try to send it again from another mail account.

music @ jriver.com is a valid address.

I added the spaces. No e-mail address can have a space in it when you use it.

Hello Jim,
in the meantime I tried three different email providers to get a message trough to “music@jriver.com” always getting the same error massage from jriver’s mail server.
There seems to be something wrong at jriver.
Anyway, is there another way to get in contact with someone at jriver who can check, what happened with my registration?

I bought Media Center 10 a quarter of hour ago but I didn't receive anything in my mailbox.

The https://rover.jriver.com site shows a message that only after a proofread appears an error message:
Duplicate Purchase. (In the title bar of the browser, not repeated in the page body)

My credit card was charged, or better an authorization was requested for it (but my bank account will not be not charged until the end of the month). This happened to me other times before: I cannot cancel the transaction at this time. The transaction is in an "undefined" state now. If at the end of the month I get no charge on my bank account, it means the transaction was void.

Sorry, there was a problem with the purchase process. If you'll go to the restore page and have your license codes mailed to you, then you should be able to restore. Send me a message here with your e-mail address (used for purchase) after you did this, and I'll clear the restore counter.
