Title: HELP!!!! My computer blue screened and I lost my registration!!!

Yikes!!!  Had the dreaded blue screen of death appear this am!!!  :-\  Managed to save most, but somehow lost my registration for Version 10!!!   Help....I promise to write it down and keep six backups in the future!!!!    Bet :'(
