I am currently using the trail version of 10.0.146 and so far love everything I've encountered.
I do have a question about media server. I have it running on my server with all my music and am successfully pulling up the playlist on other pc's in my house.
However, if I create a playlist on a client pc it doesn't save it and that's a pain to have to re-create it each time I open the client.
How do I save them?
Thanks.

Taz,
There are quite a few posts hereabouts asking about this issue.
Currently, clients using Media Server do not feedback any data to the Server (tag updates, play stats, playlist etc.).
There have been plenty of requests to incorporate Client Updates, but it requires re-designing the database which MC sits on to allow writes from multiple clients.
We who desire this functionality are still waiting patiently for something to happen, but it doesn't seem as important to the developers as some new features like document support etc.
I expect that if you have a playlist on your client you can export it from the File menu, and import it on the server (I've never bothered doing this myself). You need to do this before you close the client, though, as each time you load the client it re-reads the library from the server.

Thanks for the reply...I did search before I posted but didn't find anything....I hate asking questions that have already been asked!
I've been playing around today with MC10 and the exporting of playlists....it works but kinda clunky..not real user friendly.
Guess I'll keep my eyes open for updates!!
