I use MC10 to transfer radio programs onto my iPod. To avoid wearing down the battery, I break the full program into smaller files, which I then want to listen to in order. After transfering the files, when I look at the playlist in MC10 they are sorted by track # as they should be. But when I look at the playlist on the iPod, they're in reverse order.
I can fix this by changing the track numbers on the original files to reverse order before transfering them, but that's a bit tedious. Is there a way to have the iPod sort correctly by track number?

sthomp,
Are you synching playlists or smartlists? If playlsits, the order should be correct. If a smartlist, if you want a sort order to be correct, you must add a sorting rule for the field you want the sort to apply to (go to 'add modifier' for your smartlist and choose sort).

I had used a reverse "Date Imported" sort rule to get only the most recent files, but it hadn't occured to me to put in further sorting. D'oh! Thanks.
