I have been a happy Media Center user for a couple of years now, but seem to have done something to upset it ?
I am gettiing an error upon startup " Invalid Number of Parameters" and then if I click OK Mediacenter tries to start up but freezes. The only way I have found to clear the problem is to reinstall, every time i restart my PC. I have tried downloading new versions, but the problem persists

Does this happen to all users on your PC? Try another user profile. Are you a power user or computer admin?
Do you have any third party plug ins installed? If so remove them.
