Title: Purchasing Error for upgrade to 10

Just wanted to let everyone know if they are trying to upgrade from 9.x (my version).

Once you click on the 'Help' Menu and click on 'Buy Media Center...' it will open another window.  In the address bar you will have something like this:

http://%1%20https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/buy.cgi?productid=16&upgradefrom=.......

As you see at the beginning of the address there is an extra http://.... You will need to remove that and hit enter and it will forward you to the correct website.

Hi Forsteen113,

It's not just you, but it's not everyone. It's happened to a couple of others in the past few months.

Any clues you can offer to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.
