Title: MC11: Language.txt translated to German

You can find an enhanced German language.txt on the following link:

German Translation (http://home.tiscali.ch/jaguu/Language.txt)

Save the file in Unicode format in folder Media Center 11\Data\Custom Resources

You may use the template for other translations such as French, Spanish etc., just replace the German text by your language.

Of course, the translation is not complete as this is MC11-Alpha stage and we do not know whether J River will change the whole program, so that everything can be translated.

So far the following items have been translated:
Menu (quite complete)
Tree (quite complete)
Action Window (quite complete)
Some buttons
Quite a number of keywords
Some fields

Screens such as Option screen are mostly not translatable yet. Also some technologies on how to implement field translations and view scheme names are not defined yet. We do not know how J River will proceed.

But still, you can have a look on how a translated version will look like.

German translation file updated and enhanced by bytestar.

Just click on top of the thread and save as Language.txt in Unicode format.

I think it should be saved in folder Media Center 11\Data\Default Resources?

Place the file in Custom Resources.  Files in Default Resources get overwritten with each install.
