Title: Unable to activate 2nd PC

Here's the situation:

I have version 10 of MC which shows registration info below and want to install on 2nd PC in my house.

Product:      Media Center 10.0.147 (registered)
Registered To:   Andy Rogers
Registration Code:   INMD9-xxxx9-xxxx9-xxxx9-xxxx9-xxxx9

When I put this reg code in the restore page, I get error can't find this license. When I put my email in and have the reg code maiiled to me, I get a different code that is for ver 9.

Here are the Registration Codes associated with your email address:
JRiver, Inc. Media Center 9: LPIZ9-xxxx0-xxxx8-xxxx9-xxxx9-xxxx9, 13 restores left.

I got this email when I upgraded for 9.99...

Did you pay by paypal?  We just added that and had some startup problems.  If so, we can fix it.

JimH or whowever can help...

I emailed the registration info to the address you posted, but haven't gotten a reply. I tried the license restore again just now and it can't find it. I am using the same registration code displayed on my 1st PC with MC10.0.150 (registered), but inputting it to the restore page on the 2nd PC.

Is there another way to get the 2nd PC activated? Just to make sure, I AM supposed to be able to run MC on 2 machines, right?

Try e-mailing gateley again, please.  He's been working on a problem that may be solved now and may affect you.

Many of the problems we've had recently have been related to the new Paypal option we added.
