Title: Upgrade price (9 to 10) still available?

I remember there was an upgrade price for the 9 to 10 MC upgrade.  I can't find anything about upgrading on the "purchase" part of the site.  I have searched the boards, but can find any current info.  

How do I upgrade my license to 10 for less than retail price?
Do I download and install over 9, or uninstall 9?
Do I have to reinstall all plugins?

I know I have seen posts on this when 10 first came out, but I searched and didn't find an answers.

I installed MC 10 over 9.1, but that was some months ago. I don think it's changed. Anyway, backup your library first.
