Title: OT: Need advice: Just got a PowerBook and I need an MP3 player...
Post by: Michel Lefebvre on July 17, 2004, 06:20:11 pm
While my S/W of choice to organize my media is MC, someone just gave me a PowerBook 1400c notebook. I want to use it to play music at work and when I travel. It runs Mac OS 8.6 so that precludes iTunes. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Michel.

Try Tucows: http://mac.tucows.com/mp3mac_default.html (http://mac.tucows.com/mp3mac_default.html). There is even a Winamp for Mac.

You can get the old iTunes v.1.1 and an OS 8.6 patch for it from here: http://www.wormintheapple.gr/downloads/ (http://www.wormintheapple.gr/downloads/).
