Title: Changing Computers

Good Morning (in Bangkok, anyhow)
I've recently purchased Media Center and got it all registered.
Now, ive bought a new computer and need to switch it over.
Is there a preferred method for doing this?  What i mean is, is it better to transfer Media Center or re-download to the new computer.  In either case, are there 'registration' issues to deal with?
Finally, is there a thread here that i can read to find out what to do?
