I cannot get the send to for files to ftp to work. It is just uploading to my servers root directory, and sometimes not at all.
I copied the path from my usual FTP client I use.
/htdocs/images/
I tried /htdocs/images and /htdocs/images/ same thing.
My file was test.jpg.
Agg!!!!! I wasted a couple hours.
My normal FTP client works fine.

P.S. It would be nice to be able to save different FTP profiles, and save the password. I have several web sites on this server and if this FTP does eventually work it would be a lot easier to have profiles to make it easy to do the uploads.
Even if I could send it to a local directory with resize options I then could use my default FTP. A couple of other image database programs I use have an export function which resizing etc is possibe.

There are some examples here:

I've had the same problem with the last few builds. Download Manager works, though.

Yup it's working now.
Thanks for the quick response.
I'd looked through the
"Send Images to localhost (not ftp)" thread before but I missed the part that I needed.
Here is how to make it work:
address must have the first folder in its path or it won't work, and no trailing slash.
ie ftp01.powweb.com/htdocs
the path field can contain further folder levels
ie photogallery/newpics
with no trailing or leading slashes.
Perhaps the help file should be updated as its not very clear, and I wasted about 3 hours trying to figure it out.
