Title: "Failed to Convert" Error

When trying to convert wma to mp3, I keep getting the error "failed to convert". No other info. I get the same error with conversion to any other format. I have a fully registered copy of MJ Plus. Please help.

The WMA file may be protected by WM DRM.  If so, it can't be converted.

I'm kind of a novice user here, trying to digitize my CD collection. What does WM DRM mean?
