Title: Rating Playing Track

I'd like to be able to assign a rating to the track playing from the notification are of the task bar.

Some incarnations ago this was possible. How can I show the rating field in the right click menu in the notification area?

There is a great plug in for MC called PlayingNow which lets you add ratings from a small pop up that you can position anywhere on your screen.  It's very customisable.
