Title: Skinning Question

Does anyone know if it's possible to adjust the position of the main buttons and the display bubble?  I've put together a redesign of my Shining Armor skin to and I want to shift them down about 10 pixels or so.

I appreciate your help.

You would need to add transparency to the image after making the image higher. I'm not sure if you can go that much though. Worth a shot anyway.
