Title: Re-encode APE to MPC delete some tags

I re-encoded from APE to MPC @ --braindead --xlevel some tracks (21) in 19 tracks all the tags are preserved ( Ape v1 ) and the other 2 all the tags are gone, it's a plugin problem?

The tags that are gone are from the encoded MPC files
