Title: Media Jukebox8 to Media Center 10

I just bought Media Jukebox 8 this evening and then notice with a web search that Media Center 10 was an upgrade.  I tried to purchase the upgrade, but it told me that there is record of me purchasing within the last 30 minutes and it did not allow me to upgrade.

Can someone help me?  Thanks.

Ack!  That's like accidentally buying Windows 95 by mistake!  ;D

I have no clue why there would be a time window restriction, but I could guess several legitmate reasons I suppose. ;)

Anyway, it's nearly 2 or 3 a.m. JRiver time right now, so they are all at home asleep, but I imagine if you try to upgrade again in the morning, it will probably work for you then. <shrug>

Yes, it would be nice if it could be applied to the cost of purchasing Media Center 10 outright instead of having to upgrade with the additional cost.
