Title: Disabling DRM
Post by: azdood on July 29, 2004, 04:41:25 pm
Hello - How do I go about disabling DRM in MC10?  Is there any reason why I should ever have it enabled?  Thanks.

When you choose your encoder and select WMA (or whatever), DRM will be under the "Advanced" options.

In general, no, you should always disable it.  8)

Thanks Omni.  I just checked and didn't find anything in 'advanced' or anyplace else for DRM.  I use the APE encoder and it doesn't have an advanced option so I tried MP3 and in the advanced section it listed "normal" and something else, not anything to do with DRM.

It only shows if you have WMA encoding enabled.

BTW: check your home email.
