Title: MP3 Encoder VBR

I've downloaded the MP3 Encoder as well as the Monkey Encoder.  If I want to try out the MP3 Encoder VBR, do I simply choose it or is it yet another encoder to download?  If so, where do I find it?  Thanks.

go to tools, options, encoding, type and quality.  there you choose the one you want and it loads automatically.
