I have had media juke box for about a year and it has worked fine.
Recently due a massive virus attack I have had to reload the whole of my home network, including media jukebox. I have the original reg code but unfortunately it will not reactivate my software. I have since changed my email and dont have acces to the original. I have tried the change email but unfortunately it cannot recognise my old email. It does however recognise my old email if i request a resend of the code. but as i said before i have no access to this address now. What can I do to reactivate?

Did you read this FAQ?

Yes I had read the FAQ 8 you redirected me to. Unfortunately as I said in my original post, although I have the details required. If I try the change of address route then I get the message " Can't find that e-mail" so that option is not open to me. If however I request that new code be sent to my original email address ( the same one that I tried to change that could not be found) then I get the message that a new reg code has been sent. This is also useless as I no longer have that e-mail address or any access rights to it. So my question is what can I do to get my version of media jukebox working. I have the original code, and password but they are not recognised.

Strange. Your original registration code should work without any e-mail traffic. You should also have an option to change your e-mail address if you have your old e-mail address and the password you chose at purchase time (not the password for this forum or the registration code). Don't use all your restores trying it. Entering your email address or changing it does not use a restore. In any case don't publish your registration code here. You will loose your account.
This is out of my hands. JRiver folks could help you, but it is weekend now... You may have to wait.

There is no indication whether it recognizes it or not.
Try using IE with your registration code.
If that doesn't work, e-mail your details to jimh @ jriver.com.

I would suggest that the message "your code has been sent to your e-mail address " ( not exact I know) would imply recognition as it is completely the opposite stance of " e-mail not recognised" ;)

I have tried to email you the details, Your email came back with a rejected message, I have removed the spaces from the address you gave. Hope it finds you. If not could please check and repost the e-mail address you would like me to use.
-
That is a precaution against spam robots. No e-mail address can contain spaces. It is correct without them.

No e-mail was received. Please try again.

I have resent the info as requested. Hope you it this time. If not then could you please repost your e-mail.
