Title: web based remote?

I seem to recall that there used to be a plug-in (or maybe a couple of them) that enabled you to run media jukebox remotely via a web page but I don't seem to be able to find anything like that for Media Center today.

Is there anything like this available? If so, how well does it work and where can I find it? ?
