Title: Off line tag info?

Hello all.

I just switched from Musicmatch to this fine program (going to be buying full version at the end of next week when the paycheck rolls in) due to its so many options and very good portable support.   Anyways, my point:

I wanted to know if there was a way to get the tag information online AFTER you've already inserted and ripped a CD.  I'm going to be disconnecting my cable modem soon, and I want to still be able to get all the tag info on my 300+ CDs, but a lot of my ripping will be done offline.  I want to be able to select an album I've already ripped and have Media Center apply all the tag info to it.    Any help would be appreciated.

read all the cds now

the info is saved in a local file.

then disconnect the internet

as you will see it should know what the cd is.

As a test, insert a few CD's.  Then disconnect from the Internet.  You'll see, as KingSparta says, that MC will now know what the CD's are when you try to rip them.
