Title: Setup multiple user accounts under XP?

Is there a simple way to install / setup MC so that different user accounts under XP can share the same library?

I just installed MC (with an account that has admin) and it worked fine in both XP accounts.

Which version of MC was that?  I thought I'd had it working with V10, but I've had to rebuild my PC recently and I went straight to V11.  There's no option during the install to make it available to all accounts.
